Blog # 1: Ubuntu & Basic File Manipulation Commands

So, during our second laboratory class in IT 1, I experienced how to use a new operating system, Ubuntu. It felt weird at first because this is the first time that I will use a different OS besides Windows and Apple.

When I opened the computer, the desktop page was like this:

I did not know what to do. Hahaha. But that is why i took this course, to discover new stuff. luckily, I got the hang of it in a few minutes. Our instructor taught us how manipulate files, use commands, and navigate through the desktop without using the mouse. We started entering words in the computer's terminal.
